Week of April 30-May 4

This week we will start to get back in the swing of things.  The students all did their best on the test and now we are ready for the last stretch of kindergarten.  The students will have homework again this week. 

Reading:  For the next three weeks we will be learning all about amazing animals.  This week we will focus on insects.  Our letters/sounds are "w" and "g."  The new sight words are "she" and "he." 

Math:  This week we will learn about measurement.  We will learn how to compare the lengths of objects and order objects by length.
